Rockstar New England is seeking an experienced HR Manager who will support, manage, and improve the day-to-day HR operations for the New England studio while also supporting global HR initiatives. This is an amazing opportunity for an HR professional to support all facets of the HR function including benefits, payroll, compensation, immigration, employee engagement/relations, and communications. The ideal candidate has the ability to conceptualize, plan, and implement new projects and programs for the studio in alignment with the global HR team.

This role requires proven experience working without direct supervision or guidance, flexibility, accountability, and a customer-service mentality. If you have demonstrated aptitude for working well with multiple stakeholders within HR and across the organization, holding confidentiality at the forefront along with the desire to contribute to an agile, creative, and fast-paced environment, this is the opportunity for you. Bring your knowledge and expertise as an experienced HR Manager and help Rockstar New England grow, scale, and organize our programs and processes.

This is a full-time, in-person position based in our unique game development studio in Andover, Massachusetts.
