Zynga is looking for an expert and talented Cross Promotion Graphic Designer to join the team in India. You will work closely with the Producer, Network Manager and Ad Trafficker to design and create engaging marketing creatives.
You will be responsible for visualization and assembling various ad assets to be used throughout our c ross-promotion campaigns. Also, you need to be able to execute the existing art styles flawlessly with high quality. Equally as important is your ability to design new and appealing visual ads.
A passion for creating the unexpected is a must!
Responsibili ties:
The Cross Promotion Graphic Designer will work with the Producer, Network Product Manager and Ad Trafficker, creating art assets that are as visually appealing as they are campaign performant. This Designer will be able to iterate on proven high-perf orming creatives that sustain campaign performance over time. Whoever fills this role will be expected to provide feedback and critiques to outside vendors tasked with resizing the creatives to ensure quality.
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of marketing graphi c design experience.
- Quick visualization ability from written descriptions or discussed ideas.
- Entrepreneurial attitude
- Can take high level asks and expand them into fleshed out concepts.
- Comfort and willingness in working with global teams across time zo nes.
- Great written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent graphic design skills, the ability to craft a visually appealing ad with the given assets
- Ability to create cartoony and stylized styles for use in-game and marketing purposes.
- Ability to commun icate visually, and to identify and define visual design issues or solutions.
- Excellent design skills, including the effective use of color, form, lighting, composition, anatomy, and appeal aesthetics.
- Proficient in character, prop design, and background d esigns.
- Excellent Photoshop skills and other concept art tools.
- Ability to work within specific styles, including a style set by another artist or art director.
- Comfortable giving and receiving critiques.
- A strong marketing graphic design portfolio.
Prefer red Skills:
- Experience providing feedback to outsourced vendor artists is a plus.
- A passion for games, virtual worlds, and social networking.
- Experience with JIRA or other ticketing software.
