Founded in 2016, Hunt A Killer started as a single event, blending the concepts of escape room, interactive theater and live entertainment by immersing participants in a 200-acre living crime scene. From that beginning, Hunt A Killer has evolved its products and distribution model to today shipping 150k episodic and complete mystery game boxes direct to consumer each month and selling purpose built games through Target and Amazon. Hunt A Killer is now working on additional ways to distribute its mystery game content including licensing and digital.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As the eCommerce Paid Media Specialist you help develop, execute, and monitor paid media programs across a variety of channels including Facebook, Google Adwords, Google Display Network, over-the-top media services, affiliates, out-of-home advertising, influencer, radio and podcasts. Your work includes market research, trend, and performance analysis to improve Hunt A Killer’s eCommerce marketing mix. You will coordinate between a team of internal and contracted marketers to focus on scalable tactics that accelerate the growth of the eCommerce business. You will report directly to the Senior eCommerce Marketing Manager and work across the organization to ensure the flawless execution of marketing campaigns.

YOU'RE THRILLED ABOUT THIS ROLE BECAUSE YOU WILL
- Develop, implement, and continually improve eCommerce paid media channels such as email, Facebook, Google Adwords, Google Display Network, over-the-top media services, affiliates, referrals, out-of-home advertising, radio, and podcasts.
- Analyze, report and improve the performance and efficiency of eCommerce marketing, paid and PPC campaigns
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new market opportunities
- Develop and create marketing materials, such as email copy and product collateral, and ensure brand guidelines are met
- Write, proofread, and edit creative content across different mediums
- Work with external agencies and vendors to execute on current and new marketing programs
- Manage special projects, develop timelines and track and monitor each project with all players while communicating progress to all key stakeholders

- You have 1-3 years of consumer eCommerce digital media buying and PPC experience
- You thrive in a hyper-growth startup environment and understand how to prioritize with limited resources
- You have strong curiosity that leads to seeking answers for great questions to find the very best solutions
- You have an exceptional track record of implementing and managing eCommerce marketing programs
- You have an uncanny ability to work collaboratively with peers and direct-reports to create a results-driven, team-oriented environment
- You bring excellent analytical, written, and oral communication skills and can clearly convey relevant information to broad spectrum of global audiences
- You are analytical and have strong knowledge of various marketing software tools such as Klaviyo, Google Analytics, and WordPress
- You know how to prioritize and have strong organization and project management skills
- You have the desire & capacity to assume leadership responsibilities over time
