Responsiblitily

1. Assist players, including VIP players across multiple channels, such as in-game message, email, and social media, to increase customer engagement and retention.

2. Manage VIP player relationships for the game in overseas markets, including online event planning, relationship maintenance, user feedback handling, etc.

3. Ability to read/interpret reports. Analyze user behavior data to identify and resolve anomalies and enhance user engagement.

4. Maintain awareness of project status and conduct surveys to gather user feedback, providing a basis for product optimization and operational decisions.

Requirements:

1. 2+ years of experience in customer Success/Sales/VIP management - Must

2. Native or Mother tongue level in English - Must

3. Experience in building social content – Nice to have
