Xbox Global Account Manager
The EA Digital Commercial team is looking for a passionate Account Manager to join our Commercial team leading EA's digital business on Xbox. You will guide the account relationship with the Xbox Store and Game Pass teams to create unparalleled commercial experiences for our players. Together we will increase franchise growth through promotions, pricing and product strategies. You will work on the biggest IP in gaming with outstanding teams.
In partnership with our EA Play commercial teams, you will also manage the EA Play subscription service on Xbox. You will work with Microsoft's Game Pass account management team to develop player engagement strategies and create top-notch player journeys across the Xbox digital storefront experience.
You will report to the Director of Commercial Partners for Xbox, in addition to working in close partnership with the Senior Global Account Manager for Xbox. You will be an essential contributor to the broader Global Commercial Organization.
Commercial:
As the Global Commercial Organization, we will improve the global commercial success of EA around the world by focusing on:
- Commercial Partnerships: responsible for managing strategic business partnerships
- Commercial focus on our markets: We're accountable for ensuring we understand our markets, competition and players. Through a commercial lens, it is our responsibility to find the right opportunities for EA in-market globally, lead the execution and analyze impact.
- We develop plans that are commercially responsible for bringing together all lines of revenue across the business and ensure they sufficiently adapt to market changes.
- Commercial operators: We're commercially and operationally responsible for delivering our games and millions of assets to multiple partners throughout the world.
Responsibilities:
- Lead ongoing weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings with Xbox to establish strategic plans and roadmaps
- Provide weekly and monthly business updates to all team members
- Work with EA's digital merchandising teams to ensure outstanding execution of content metadata
- Partner with studio and marketing teams to improve commercial messaging across the Xbox digital marketplace
- Drive visibility, agreement, and support for ongoing commercial activities with Xbox
Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience in sales or marketing
- An understanding of the gaming industry and electronic software download channels
- Strong interpersonal skills , with a history of working with a diverse range of partners
- Experience with Microsoft Office/G Suite tools; familiarity with Tableau business intelligence software
