Workplace Manager

We are looking for a Workplace Manager dedicated to ensuring that our Tactile office in Copenhagen is an amazing and innovative place to work.
In this role, you will be the face of the Tactile office for all our employees. You will work together with the Talent and Culture Team to provide employees with excellent resources, tools and amenities to enhance their working experience at Tactile!
What you’ll be doing
- Help providing and implementing creative solutions, insights and ideas on improving the workplace
- Plan, organize and coordinate internal and external events for Tactile employees
- Be the direct contact person for the "vicevært" and other key building facilities contacts in order to ensure things are working as they should
- Manage building access and related systems
- Manage and collaborate with our vendors
- Maintain office supplies and determine inventory levels
- Assist and guide all Tactilers with various tasks e.g. booking flights and accommodation
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience within a Workplace Management role
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills including verbal and written communication skills in Danish and English (English is our office language)
- A proactive team player, and a self-starter, with the proven ability to multitask and prioritize
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with people of diverse backgrounds and experience
- Event planning and coordination experience
- Building and nurturing a positive and collaborative culture throughout the office
- Familiarity with G-Suite
The role is based onsite in our Copenhagen office.
