Workplace Experience Specialist

Title: Workplace Experience Specialist

Contract: 3 Months Fixed Term Contract

Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week

Location: In-Studio, Romania

Pole To Win is looking for an enthusiastic, passionate, and hard-working individual to join our Bucharest Studio as a ‘Workplace Experience Specialist’. This is an important role where you will be a key member of the team that keeps the wheels turning and be involved in supporting various departments and operations, whilst handling an abundance of different interesting duties each day. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to learn and experience ‘behind the scenes’ at PTW.

What you will be doing

• Maintaining secure and compliant studios. Handling all FOH duties including calls, mail, and visitors.
• Being responsible for all local administration tasks including liaising and supporting all LOB’s.
• Supporting requests from all LOB’s and dealing with vendors.
• Handling local studio facility requirements.
• Working with wider teams to maintain all H&S requirements.
• Supporting all requests for WfH, liaising with all employees.
• Meeting any other requests as directed by your Line Manager.

Requirements

What we are looking for

• Previous administration experience is essential as is knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer-focused service.
• Previous experience in collaborating with internal/external teams to deliver results.
• The ability to work on own initiative, and under supervision, to meet the needs of the role.
• The ability to multi-task, prioritise and work to deadlines.
• Previous experience of working in a multi-site environment would be advantageous.
• Previous experience of dealing with people face to face, via the telephone, email, or similar would be advantageous.
• Knowledge and experience of working in a confidential and compliant manner with health & safety regulations would be advantageous.
