Workplace Experience Partner Esports (12 month contract)

As a Workplace Experience Partner, you will keep the Remote Broadcast Center (RBC) rolling and cultivate a space where all Rioters can thrive. You will be responsible for assisting the General Manager in all aspects of office management and program management within the scope of WPX in addition to being the first point of contact related to the RBC.

Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining local best practices pertaining to WPX
• You will be accountable for overall inner-workings of the RBC and manage the day to day work of the local in house contactor team
• You will be accountable for the local budget management and ensuring it is in line with the sustainability and efficiency of the organization
• You will establish relationships and own the management of external vendors pertaining to Travel, building operations, soft and hard services
• You will be responsible for overseeing office maintenance repairs and services through our external contractors such as cleaners, security personnel, caterers and contractors
• You will liaise with Rioters and Contingent Workforce on their space needs and make changes to accomodate
• You will be responsible for ensuring that all internal processes and procedures pertaining to the Contingent Workforce are in place
• You will provide vital administrative assistance to the GM and Production Teams on Show Days
• You will partner with the RBC Leadership team to ensure that all WPX elements needed for show days are in place
• You will support in the coordination of travel arrangements for Rioters and groups and manage the relationship with external travel management companies

Requirements:

• You have broad experience of 6+ years in multiple areas pertaining to Workplace Experience in a busy multinational organization
• You have experience making decisions that impact the organization and shape initiatives
• You have strong work ethic, an individual who can work to targets and deadlines
• You are a strong problem solver that can handle diverse problems that require an ability to evaluate multiple variables
• You have experience working with contractors and suppliers and monitoring of high levels of service standards
