Workplace Experience Partner - 12 Month Contract

As a Workplace Experience Partner, you will keep the office in Dublin City Centre rolling and cultivate a space where all Rioters can thrive . You will assist the General Manager in all aspects of office management and program management within the scope of WPX in addition to being the first point of contact related to the teams needs,
Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain local best practices, being accountable for overall inner-workings of the Dublin 2 office
- Being a key member of the office build project team across EMEA
- Create and implement induction and onboarding programs aligned with WPX
- Assist the EMEA+ WPX Supervisor and Manager with pan EMEA protocols and ensure standards are aligned across the region in areas such as physical security
- Establish relationships with vendors and source new products
- You will oversee office maintenance repairs and services through our external contractors
- You will ensure the office is H&S compliant
- You will liaise with Rioters on their space needs and make changes to accomodate space needs of teams as required
- Youwill maintain good working relationships with the building landlord/service manager and key suppliers and contractors relative to WPX
- You will support in the coordination of travel arrangements for Rioters and groups
- You will support and organise office events and will be regularly called upon to lend logistic support for meetings, office wide events
Required Qualifications:
- You have spent at least two - three years working behind the scenes to keep an office running smoothly
- You will make decisions that impact quality, efficiency and effectiveness as well as recommending solutions and improvements
- You have experience of working with contractors and suppliers and monitoring of SLA's
- You have the ability to prioritise workload and have a high level of organizational proficiency and initiative
Desired Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Travel Management tools such as Egencia / Conferma
- Knowledge of Oracle / Concur / Service Now
- Basic knowledge of IT, desktop support and server rooms
- Resolve issues with software or hardware
- Basic ticketing experience with systems like Freshdesk, Service Now or Zendesk
- IT Desk set up for new hires
