Your Platform
Localisation Dublin was established in 2007 and is located 2.3km from Dublin City Centre in East Point Business Park. As a team we handle the Project Management and Quality Assurance of our phenomenal games from English to 14 different languages globally. Our purpose is to ensure that the localised version of a game meets the highest quality standards before being released. Your Mission
As Office & Workplace Supervisor, you and your team will be responsible and accountable for the following:
Administrative Support
- Reception/Front of House - First port of call for visitors in reception and on the telephone
- Administration – support leadership, finance and HR team in various aspects of administration to include diary management, PO's and Travel.
Employee Services
- Complete employee onboarding for Workplace Experience
- Support all employees in-office and WFH to contribute to our positive working experience, react to all employee tickets within agreed SLA’s, keep employee advised at all stages, advance promptly to avoid delays
Building Services
- Provide onsite support for all building infrastructure – M&E, Plumbing & Safety
- Regular inspections to supervise SLA’s and KPI’s and prepare weekly/monthly reports & record management
- Create tickets for required callouts and follow up as required, supervise resolution and advance as appropriate and coordinate with Facilities Management contractor and landlord agents as required
Workplace Services
- Point of contact for all workplace services – janitorial, security, catering, service or repair callouts
- Carry out daily/weekly/monthly quality inspections as appropriate to safeguard workplace standards, update records and systems
- Coordinate with Facilities Management contractor and third-party contractors as required
- Maintain local security access cards system for colleagues, visitors and contractors, ensure compliance with corporate security polices, immediately address any non-compliance and complete reports
- Track all consumables (cleaning products) and supplies (catering, office, etc.) to ensure a continuous inventory
Health & Safety
- Build and maintain a high knowledge of all company H&S policies
- Responsible for Health & Safety records including incident reporting
- Complete H&S onboarding for all employees and schedule updates as appropriate
- Lead fire marshal and first aid services
Player Profile
Experience
- Previous Experience in Administration, Reception, or Concierge role
- Experience in Facility Management would be a distinct advantage
- Previous experience in people management
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Fluent in English
Knowledge & Skills
- Excellent interpersonal relationships, ability to build good team and cross functional relationships so that all information, both written and verbal, is clearly communicated to the relevant stakeholders
- Knowledge and compliance of H&S Legislation
- Current First Aid and/or Fire Warden training
- Focus on continuous improvement and implementation of problem-solving techniques and standardization
- Ability to implement good follow up and control in all aspects of the role
- Ability to plan, coordinate and prioritize tasks as necessary
- Ability to delegate tasks as necessary focusing on the strengths of your team
