We're looking for a Workplace Experience Coordinator to join our team, which collaborates remotely from around the world. Our members range from industry newcomers to experts with 15+ years of experience. Team members come from a diverse set of backgrounds, but share a common passion for building polished player-focused, community-powered games.
At Hypixel Studios we are looking for applicants that are demonstrably passionate about their hobbies, have the drive and commitment to deliver results with minimal supervision, have international-level professional competency in their skill sets, and can demonstrate involvement with other interesting projects throughout their lives.
The ideal candidate for the Workplace Experience Team will be a dynamic individual; well accustomed to working in a fast paced environment. You will be well acquainted with coordinating projects, facilities and event management. You are passionate about delivering best of kind experiences for a variety of stakeholders, internal and external.

Some of your role:
- Ensuring the office facilities are maintained and that supplies are fully stocked
- Assisting with merchandise roll outs including ordering, packaging and shipping
- Helping to organise team events including team dinners, studio meetups and assisting with organising logistical support for such events
- Liaising with external vendors and suppliers
- Welcoming visitors into the office and assisting them with any queries
- Organising and distributing post and deliveries to the office
- Arranging and scheduling meetings
Essential Traits:
- Ability to work flexibly across timezones in a fast paced environment
- As a highly discreet individual, you will understand the importance of handling sensitive data and ensure confidentiality and data quality is 100% maintained
- Proactive approach to work and able to work on own initiative
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Enthusiastic with a willingness to learn
Bonus Traits:
- Previous experience working in a customer facing role
- Previous experience in a games industry (or related) environment
- Previous experience of working with a remote, global team
- Previous experience of booking travel for company wide events
