Workplace Experience Ambassador

Due to growth, we now have an opportunity for a Workplace Experience Ambassador to join our Seoul Office to assist with workplace experience and office administration. The ideal candidate to join our team should ideally be detail-oriented, comfortable working in a diverse environment; and have good all-around administrative abilities, communication skills and a positive demeanour with strong responsibility.

What you’ll be doing

• Host and make sure security protocols for visitors and guests onsite, order refreshments and set up meeting rooms as needed
• Be the first point of contact to external vendors, distribute all received mails and items, settle vendor bills and order business cards and arrange for outgoing items to be sent via quick delivery service or Fedex
• Be responsible for maintenance of the corporate cars and handle parking coupons for guests and monthly parking registration for employees
• Assist to plan and execute internal employee events
• This position will be a 12 months contract

What we’re looking for

• Experience as a receptionist and/or an administrative assistant
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Positive, customer service demeanour with a strong sense of responsibility
• Proven understanding of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and proficient with Gmail and Google Calendar.
• Optimally communicate in English and Korean
