Workplace & Culture Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic, agile, proactive and highly organised Workplace & Culture Manager to support our global community from our Barcelona office.

As a member of our People team, you will provide invaluable assistance in various fields, including office management, orchestrating social activities as well as helping in other areas. Your future at Tilting Point

• Coordinate our Barcelona office by providing awesome Workplace Experience to all Tilting Pointers.
• Manage all vendors & suppliers (cleaning, maintenance, procurement...) ensuring optimal conditions and inventory of the workspaces.
• Create, maintain and develop guidelines, projects and KPI's on the workspaces, with an efficient, green, socially and inclusive responsive mindset.
• Lead Tilting Point’s culture and employee engagement execution by providing resourceful & creative ideas, tools, and initiatives, for all Tilting Pointers (in-office & remote).
• Lead Global Initiatives & Events partnering with all TP locations.
• Be TP's Travel Expert and BCN Office ambassador, by assisting local & remote Tilting Pointers, teams, and other visitors in the use and navigation of the office.
• Work closely with the IT Manager in office operations, company logistics and tech Infrastructure.
• Support the People Team in an excelent employee experience for all.
• Support Finance team with office budget and accounting needs.
• Lead BCN’s OH&S protocols according to local legislation.
• Support with the office growth, build-out, and always-changing layout needs.

This position reports to the People Operations Team and works closely with Barcelona's General Manager, IT Support, Finance, Comms, People Ops and Talent Management functions

Your XP & Skills

• You have 2+ years of relevant experience in Office or Workplace Management, ideally in Gaming, Tech or startup environments (must).
• You have excellent communication skills (in English, Spanish and Catalan).
• You are an expert in managing projects with excellent prioritization skills
• You are proactive, self-driven, and have the ability to work in an always changing environment.
• You are tech savvy: not an expert but hands-on and willing to try and learn.
• You are innovative, highly creative, problem-solving and constantly looking for ways to improve our workplace and culture to align with our core values.
• You have a positive attitude, ideas given and are a team player.
• You are open, emphatic and feedback minded (receiving and giving), and people, and detail oriented.
• You are familiarised with online tools, resources, initiatives and games for global community dynamization.
• You know how to organize events, logistics, and manage a collection of vendors simultaneously.
• You are experienced in teams in distributed locations.
• You are available to work in-office on a regular basis.

Nice to have

• Knowledge about social justice and passion for making offices greener and environmentally efficient.
• Basic Finance 101 Knowledge (Budget Manegement & Billing).

Location

This position is 100% based in our Barcelona office, with posibilities for hybrid arrangements based on role organization.
