The Challenge
The Workplace Coordinator will be the first point of contact for guests, business partners, visiting employees and vendors who come through the office every day. Will be responsible for managing and facilitating key tasks and procedures to ensure the office runs efficiently while providing the behind the scenes support our teams need to allow them to focus on what they do best, building great games.
What You’ll Take On
- Oversee all aspects of customer experience from a workplace perspective, for all employees, visitors, and guests to the Seattle office.
- Manage the workplace environment (artwork, signage, flowers, plants etc) and associated vendors, ensuring it always looks pristine.
- Ensure proper office security is maintained by implementing corporate security guidelines. Issue and activate office key cards for new employees, corporate employees and vendors as needed.
- Point of contact for key stakeholders, understanding their priorities and ensuring their space and experience is being delivered in line with expectations.
- Lead all workplace communications within Seattle office.
- Set up meeting rooms and manage the conference room schedule.
- Produce and maintain local information guides as a source of knowledge for employees and guests, building relationships to support recommendations for restaurants, hotels, parking etc.
- Provide support with workplace ticketing requests via ServiceNow, responding to relevant queries and acting as a quick-response contact for workplace team.
- Support with courier deliveries, engaging with HR and IT teams on the booking process and ensuring incoming and outgoing items are dispatched as requested.
- Manage incoming mail, processing this via the Envoy system and arrange delivery to employees.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies and food and beverages in the kitchen.
- Communicates with building engineer regarding any building related issues or requests.
- Assist with event planning and implementation and maintain records of vendors and venues.
- Actively participate as part of the emergency response team onsite, supporting during fire evacuations.
- Assist with additional projects as required.

The pay range for this position in Washington at the start of employment is expected to be between $37,000 and $51,000 per Year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards and eligibility to participate in our 401(K) plan, in addition to a full range of medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees will also receive 14 paid holidays per calendar year, are eligible to earn a minimum of 15 days of vacation leave per year (subject to proration based on start date during the calendar year) and will receive 10 sick days per calendar year. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an 'at-will position' and the company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
