Private Division publishes the physical retail edition of Hades from Supergiant Games on PlayStation® and Xbox consoles. Private Division continues to build its internal studio capacity, with Roll7 and Intercept Games as internal developers for the Label. Private Division has offices in New York City, Seattle, Las Vegas, Munich, and Singapore.
The Challenge
We are looking for a Workplace Coordinator for our Seattle, WA office. The Workplace Coordinator will be the first point of contact for guests, business partners, visiting employees and vendors who come through the Seattle office every day. The role will be responsible for managing and facilitating key tasks and procedures to ensure the office runs efficiently while providing the behind the scenes support our teams need to allow them to focus on what they do best, building great games.
What You’ll Take On
- Greet guests, corporate visitors, internal employees, and vendors with a warm and welcoming demeanor at the front desk.
- Set up meeting rooms and manage the conference room schedule.
- Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries and manage outgoing mail.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies and food and beverages in the kitchen.
- Organize and coordinate office operations and procedures.
- Identify opportunities for office management improvements, design and implement new processes as needed.
- Provide other vital administrative support, including scheduling group meetings, managing catering orders, and maintaining all areas of the workplace to ensure it always looks pristine.
- Communicates with building engineer regarding any maintenance issues, building access or other related requests.
- Assist with event planning and implementation and maintain records of vendors and venues.
- Ensure office equipment and furniture is properly maintained and serviced.
- Assist with maintaining areas to ensure Covid-19 cleanliness for the health and safety of employees and visitors.
- Issue and activate office key cards for new employees, corporate employees and vendors as needed.
What You Bring
- 1-3 years of work experience in an administrative or office management/customer service role.
- Ability to work with minimal direction.
- Strategic problem solver with an analytic mind.
- Ability to interact with vendors and external contacts in a professional manner.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Must be able to work in office Monday – Friday, 9am to 6pm.
