Workplace Coordinator

As Workplace Specialist with the Austin studio, you will help shape our company culture by making the studio a fun and welcoming place to work. Your priority is to help employees have what they need to feel happy, comfortable, and productive in our work environment – whether that involves assisting with travel, hosting visitors, ordering supplies, or planning fun social events.

What does a Workplace Specialist at CIG do?

• Manage projects independently as directed by Austin Studio Manager. This includes sourcing vendors, scheduling work, and creating reports on progress.
• Coordinate team building events (i.e. lunches, birthdays, activities, parties, etc.)
• Purchase goods and services in relation to Workplace Experience and coordinate payment of invoices.
• Ensure kitchen stays stocked, organized and tidy all kitchenware and weekly refrigerator cleaning.
• Assist with general administrative duties such as expense reporting and travel arrangements for employees as needed
• and such other duties and responsibilities assigned by Cloud Imperium Games reasonably consistent with employee’s skills and experience

What do we expect from our Workplace Specialist?

• Experienced with MS Office and Excel, JIRA a plus
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Pragmatic, amiable, patient, and committed to the needs of the team when facing changes and solving problems.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
