Localisation Dublin was established in 2007 and is located 2.3km from Dublin City Centre in East Point Business Park. As a team we are responsible for the Project Management and Quality Assurance of our great games. Your Mission
Administrative Support
- Reception/Front of House - First point of contact for visitors in reception and on the telephone
- Administration – support leadership, finance and HR team in various aspects of administration to include diary management, PO's and Travel.
Employee Services
- Complete employee onboarding for all aspects of the Workplace Experience
- Support all employees in-office and WFH to ensure a positive working experience, react to all employee tickets within agreed SLA’s, keep employee informed at all stages, escalate promptly to avoid delays
Building Services
- Provide onsite support for all building infrastructure – M&E, Plumbing & Safety
- Regular inspections to monitor SLA’s and KPI’s and prepare weekly/monthly reports & record management
- Create tickets for required callouts and follow up as required, monitor resolution and escalate as appropriate and coordinate with Facilities Management contractor and landlord agents as required
Workplace Services
- Point of contact for all workplace services – janitorial, security, catering, service or repair callouts
- Carry out daily/weekly/monthly quality inspections as appropriate to ensure that workplace standards are reached and maintained, update records and systems
- Coordinate with Facilities Management contractor and third-party contractors as required
- Maintain local security access cards system for all employees, visitors and contractors, ensure compliance with corporate security polices, immediately address any non-compliance and complete reports
- Track all consumables (cleaning products) and supplies (catering, office, etc.) to ensure a continuous inventory
Health & Safety
- Build and maintain a high knowledge of all company H&S policies
- Responsible for Health & Safety records including incident reporting
- Complete H&S onboarding for all employees and schedule updates as appropriate
- Lead fire marshal and first aid services
Player Profile
Experience
- Previous Experience in Administration, Reception, or Concierge role
- Experience in Facility Management would be a distinct advantage
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Knowledge and Skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Impeccable organizational and time-management abilities
- Excellent organisation skills with ability to multitask and priorities workload.
- Able to act with discretion when handling confidential matters
- First Aid & Fire Warden trained

Our office is open 7 days per week therefore a flexible approach to working days is required – weekend hours may be necessary.
