Workplace Assistant

As a Workplace Assistant with the Austin studio, you will help shape company culture by supporting the Studio Experience Team. Together, our mission is to create an environment where employees feel happy, comfortable, productive, and appreciated, whether they’re at our studio or one of our incredible events. From keeping things organized to planning epic celebrations, everything we do is about creating an awesome experience.

Our staff are key to our success, and as our Austin Workplace Assistant, your role is to help us deliver everything our employees need to enthusiastically deliver quality content. We’ll work on this together at our studio in Bee Cave. Founded in 2012, we make cutting-edge videogames that defy expectations. We are developing Star Citizen, a record-breaking multiplayer online space sim, and Squadron 42, a cinematic single-player adventure set in the same universe. What does a Workplace Assistant at CIG do?

• Welcome visitors and studio guests warmly while encouraging adherence to Studio security and safety procedures
• Assist Studio Experience and Operations Team with keeping reception, office, and office equipment neat, organized, functional, stocked, and guest-ready
• Prepare coffee in break areas and beverages to-order as needed
• Support shipping, receiving, and inventory management
• and such other duties and responsibilities assigned by Cloud Imperium Games reasonably consistent with employee’s skills, experience and the Studio Experience Team’s mission of an amazing Studio Experience
