Working Student Data Protection (f/m/x)

Your tasks
We are looking for a Working Student (f/m/x) in the area of data protection and process documentation for 20h per week.
- Support in the implementation and maintenance of data protection measures as defined in the DSGVO/GDPR and comparable legislations
- Support in the documentation and setup of respective processes and quality assurance
- Preparation of analyses and reports on current data protection topics
- General support of the managers responsible for data protection to ensure compliance with data protection regulations in our parent organization, the Stillfront Group
- Collaboration in responding to internal and external data protection inquiries
- Support in the organization and implementation of data protection training courses
- Project-related activities, also outside the data protection area (e.g. audits)
- Administrative and organizational activities
As compensation we are offering 17€ per hour and the scheduling of the hours is open to negotiation. Residency in the Hamburg area is required. Preferred starting date: earliest possible
Your profile
- Ongoing studies in law and ideally initial practical experience in the described areas of responsibility, even without reference to the DSGVO/GDPR
- Process-oriented thinking and a talent for organizational and documentation topics
- First relevant project management experience
- Ideally experience in Jira and confluence as well as agile working methods
- Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with and implement new topics
- Strong analytical skills enable you to quickly review and prepare complex issues
- Enjoy independent and conceptual work
- Ability to work in a team, ability to concentrate and strong communication skills
- Very good command of written and spoken English
