About The Role
As the HRIS (Workday) and Analytics Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our HRIS function and building our analytics function from the ground up. You’ll not only lead a small team, you’ll take a hands-on approach to maintain and build enhancements in our current HRIS system, Workday. You’ll use your analytics expertise to help guide the development of our dashboards to uncover insights to drive business decisions.
What You’ll Achieve
- Be a hands on subject matter expert for identifying and driving HRIS (Workday) improvements for the People Team. This includes day-to-day support, business process configuration, integrations, EIBs, testing, report creation, and other troubleshooting support.
- Lead and manage the HRIS (Workday) and analytics team, providing guidance and support, while allocating resources efficiently.
- Collaborate with the team to build HRIS (Workday) and analytics roadmaps based on organizational needs.
- Design processes and run audit reports to maintain data integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and effectively scope and execute HRIS (Workday) and analytics projects.
- Build and maintain full-cycle HRIS business processes: gathering requirements, prototyping and developing, testing and deploying.
- Use strong analytics and data management skills to oversee the development of dashboards in Lookr
- Implement data quality and data governance best practices to ensure data accuracy and integrity in analytics processes
- Utilize storytelling techniques and data visualization tools to communicate HR data insights to stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making
What You’ll Need To Be Successful
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in HRIS management, at least 2+ years of experience with HR analytics, 1-2 years of people management experience
- Proficiency in Workday, Lookr, Excel, and Google Sheets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with and coach employees
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset to identify process improvements and implement solutions
- Strong data analytics, data management, and storytelling techniques
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity, ensuring compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies, including planning, execution, and monitoring, to effectively lead and contribute to cross-functional HR projects and initiatives
- A passion for providing excellent service to employees and a dedication to creating a positive employee experience
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
