Job Description

The Ubisoft IT Enterprise Infrastructure group is looking for a Microsoft Systems Administrator specialized on System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Microsoft Intune who will be based in Ubisoft Shanghai. The incumbent of the position will be responsible for the health and exploitation of our Windows platform along with all products related to the servers and workstations, paying attention to the operational activities, proactive capacity management and the surveillance of events. He will also contribute to the execution of various projects and will provide a third level support for Microsoft systems under his responsibility.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of pertinent experience in Windows systems administration in an environment of over 300 servers and 10,000 workstations. You will be working on numerous projects supported by the latest technologies.

Roles and responsibilities

The principal responsibilities and routine tasks of a SCCM Microsoft Systems Administrator are as follows:

· Analyze and propose new IT asset management tools for the Ubisoft group (Americas, Europe and Asia);

· Administer, maintain and troubleshoot existing systems such as:

o Microsoft Intune

o System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) 2012

o SCCM server components

o Server and workstation Operating System Deployment (OSD)

o Software distribution

o Software updates

o Software / hardware inventory

o Reporting

o Microsoft Deployment Kit (MDT)

o Software metering

o Forefront Endpoint Protection

· Automation of software deployments, Windows updates and operating systems;

· Manage Group Policies (GPO);

· Document the configuration of systems and technical procedures in order to share knowledge between administrators;

· Manage and carry out new and current projects, while continuing to handle your daily tasks;

· Maintain and improve your personal technical knowledge

Qualifications

Training

University diploma in computer programming or other relevant domains, or equivalent experience in computer systems, computer science, math, or a related field.

Abilities

· Good understanding of English, both written and spoken;

· Ability to develop techniques and methods to solve new problems or situations;

· Strong problem-solving skills (troubleshooting) and can adapt to complex systems using diverse technologies;

· Must be autonomous, ability to take initiative and requires very little supervision;

· Honesty, integrity and confidentiality must always be maintained;

· Demonstrates team spirit, positivity and leadership;

· Good interpersonal and communication skills;

· Ability to work efficiently in a rapidly evolving environment;

· Ability to multitask and manage priorities;

· Notions in project management like work task sharing structures and status reports.

Technical knowledge

· Excellent technical and functional understanding of the systems:

o Windows Server and Windows 10;

o SCCM 2012;

o Microsoft Intune;

o Active Directory;

· Excellent knowledge of Microsoft SQL Reporting Services (Creation/design of reports);

· Excellent knowledge of automated workstation installation systems;

· Control of Group Policies;

· Excellent understanding of network technologies such as DNS, DHCP, LDAP, SMTP, TCP / IP, routing, switching and other network protocols;

· Knowledge of IIS;

· Experience with server hardware such as HP and Dell.

· Knowledge of scripted languages such as PowerShell, batch, VB, WSH;

· Knowledge of computer security.

Assets

· Knowledge of Mac systems administration tools;

· Knowledge of Microsoft Systems Center Operations Manager (SCOM) or Microsoft Operations Manager;

· Knowledge of AzureAD and Office365

· Knowledge of storage technologies such as DFS, RAID, SAN and NAS;

· Knowledge of VMWare and other virtual technologies;
