At Keywords Studios, we are trusted by many of the world’s leading video game companies to work alongside them during concept, development and live operations of their video games. We are looking for a Website Manager to help us create a best-in-class external-facing corporate website for Keywords Studios. The role encompasses web design, user experience, CRO and site performance. You should be an expert in at least one of these areas. This is a hands-on, design-focused, technical role, which is best suited to someone who wants to develop their skills within a fast-moving, multi-function environment. You must have strong front end / design experience to turn our ideas and concepts into reality.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the corporate website including project management of related initiatives to optimise and improve our online presence in multiple languages and locations
- Take full responsibility for the development, maintenance, deployment and functionality of the group website, hosting and servers – including on-page and back-end requirements
- Build webpage templates in HTML, CSS and JavaScript and administer CMS set-up
- Work with design concepts to develop webpages that are user-friendly, engaging and search-optimised whilst remaining true to the brand and digital strategy
- Manage, report and analyse website data to make recommendations for change to drive website performance (i.e. increased traffic, engagement and conversions)
- Ensure all digital marketing tools, such as CRM, utilised via the website integrate seamlessly on a technical level and meet security and privacy requirements
- Manage and drive forward SEO across the website
- Contribute to the creation and execution of campaign test plans
- Build new landing pages and landing page templates
- Effectively brief, liaise and collaborate with agency partners on key projects and initiatives
- Regularly liaise and collaborate with different internal stakeholders, to ensure the website is effectively serving each of Keywords Studios’ key target audiences
- Ensure compliance with GDPR regulations and guidelines and other global privacy regulations
- Adherence to Information Security & Management System policies
- Ensure best-in-class technical site performance and hygiene
Requirements
- Experience in a similar role with web development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Demonstrable ability to convert campaign concepts into engaging and optimised landing pages
- Fluent use of WordPress CMS and experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console. Experience with other SEO tools such as Moz, SEMRush, Ahrefs is desirable.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation systems
- Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
- Proven ability to learn new technologies and platforms quickly
- Experience of integrating third-party tech (e.g. working with plugins, APIs, third-party libraries)
- First rate communication skills
- Excellent at prioritisation and task management
- Knowledge of collaboration tools
- Experience of working in a remote team
