Web Project Assistant – Internship January 2023 (F/M/NB)

Job Description
Within the Global Communications department, the Brand Content team is in charge of improving the Ubisoft brand awareness and make us stand out as a great place to work and a strong player in the entertainment industry. The team create corporate content and manage its publication on several platforms including the Ubisoft.com company and careers sections as well as the internal daily newsletter.
We are looking for a Web Project Assistant for a six-month internship, and here are the projects that you will be involved in:
1. Website follow-up
- Support the back office management (CMS Contentful)
- Update the content based on stakehoders' requests
- Participate in the training of the stakeholders on Contentful
2. Website improvement
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their pain points and give ideas to improve the website in both back and front
- Help monitoring sprints (Jira system) to improve the website's performance.
- Collaborate with other teams to improve the coherence of our website system
3. Content management
- Follow-up with stakeholders with a concrete content calendar to make sure that all the content is updated frequently
- Benchmark/suggest interesting content which can be used to enrich our website
Qualifications
- You preferably have experience on web project management: launching and updating pages has no secret for you;
- You are interested in working in an international environment;
- You are known to be organized, rigorous and able to deal with multiple projects;
- You have the spirit of a team player and are recognized for you relational skills ;
- Your English is considered fluent (French is a plus).

Recruitment process
If your application is chosen, you will be contacted by a member of the Campus Team to scheduled a phone exchange in order to determine if you’re the job description matches your profile, but also to what you are looking for.
If that exchange is successful, you will be submitted a case study to test your technical skills regarding the offer.
Finally, an interview will be organized (on site or through Teams) with your future manager and a member of the Campus Team.
