Full-Stack Developer

SciPlay is a leading developer and publisher of digital games on mobile and web platforms, providing highly-entertaining free-to-play games that millions of people play every day.

Headquartered in Cedar Falls, Iowa, SciPlay has hundreds of employees in 4 offices worldwide, including Tel-Aviv, Austin, and Las Vegas.

We’re looking for a an exceptional Full-stack developer to join our marketing team and spearhead our web-developing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve SciPlay’s websites.

Develop server-side and client-side code in NodeJS and React.

Push your code to millions of users every day.

Report directly to our director of marketing tech

Coordinate with various business units in the marketing department and globally.

Requirements

3+ years of React development

1+ years of NodeJS development

Experience with either CSS3, SASS, LESS

Familiarity with website optimization features (i.e srcSet, lazy-loading, etc.)

Familiarity with GraphQL

Experience with AWS (especially: Amplify, Lambda, S3, CodeDeploy, CodeCommit, CDK)

Familiarity with SEO optimization (and Google PageSpeed metrics)

Experience with setting CI/CD in production environment (and on AWS)

Proven work experience with high-performing websites

Previous experience with CMS systems (Contentful, Strapi, etc) – an advantage

Previous experience with Static-Site generators (Gatsby specifically) – an advantage
