Job Description
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- The Video Production Coordinator is expected to establish, develop, and maintain the video production of the in-house Rocksmith Video Production team and any freelancers (including youtubers)
- Plan all the video production content requested by various teams on the project following the priority defined by the Creative Director
- Coordinate with all the Video Production client to ensure the efficiency of the production
- Support the Video Director in in the creation and delivery of all video content
- Ensure punctuality of Video content delivery for usage in game and on the web
- Communicate the Video production plan and schedule with the rest of the project team
- Integrate development and communication skills training of the video team members in planning
- Constantly seek out ways to improve the efficiency of the Video production process. Seek technological innovations to automate the workflow as much as possible
- Coordinate with the localization team on a timely and economical pipeline to translate or subtitle video content into other languages to expand the product’s reach
Qualifications
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Mid level of expertise in production coordination or production in the video/cinema industry (or other relevant experience)
- Plenty of flexibility to adapt to a range of situations & navigate interdependencies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Familiarity with a variety of project management methodologies
- Experience with administrative tasks
- An attentive, collaborative, and innovative spirit
- A people-oriented approach: sure, you care about results, but you never lose sight of the dedicated people behind them
- Passion and knowledge of music is a plus
