Video Production Coordinator Global Marketing Creative (Contractor)

Riot Games is now a multi-game studio and next on the list...becoming THE entertainment company of the 21st century. As a result, our Global Marketing Creative team was born to better support all of our Marketing Creative needs.

As a Video Production Coordinator, Global Marketing Creative, you will report to a Manager, Global Marketing Video Production. You will help transform Global Marketing's strategic goals into creative campaigns that surprise and delight our players. Partnering across multiple craft disciplines including Production, Art, Video, Writing, Creative Direction, Brand, Comms and Operations you will ensure that our creative video production process is smooth. Your awareness and transparent communications give you a grasp on the 10,000 ft view of our campaign's video production needs and ensure the details are tracked and managed to satisfy them.

You will work closely with Wild Rift China Publishing and the global video production teams to deliver video content regionally and globally. You are highly collaborative and communicative, with a diplomatic disposition, and your organization empowers creative teams to bring groundbreaking video experiences to players globally.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with a variety of marketing and creative teams to support video projects from brief through localization and delivery.
• Support project level operations by making sure the team is prepared with the tools and crucial information needed to keep processes and meetings running smoothly.
• Handle asset tracking and trafficking to ensure all collaborators can find, review and work with the right files.
• Master the art of distilling and organizing feedback from a variety of collaborators, craft advisors, and executive level investors to ensure creative teams have a clear path to delivery.
• Manage video production workstreams and coordinating effort with external partners to ensure on time delivery.

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of production & project management experience with video, marketing, or creative content
• Familiarity with industry standard project management, review tools and database software
• Expertise with calendar management, file organization to optimize team collaboration.
• Demonstrated experience in environments that require proactive and transparent communication and a willingness to learn.
• Familiar with local animation/video vendors

Desired Qualifications:

• Familiarity with CGI Animation/VFX production, marketing for video games OR game development production pipelines.
• 1+ years Experience with cross teams workflows
• Experience contributing to iterative feedback and creative production
• Exposure to working with budgets, estimates, purchasing systems, or contracts
