Vice President Transformation - Change Enablement

Summary

The VP Transformation (Change Enablement) is responsible for ensuring change management rigour is built into all Transformation Office programs and for improving change management capabilities across key focus ares across the business. This is a critical role at the centre of Transformation Office operations. The VP Transformation (Change Enablement) will be deeply involved in the planning of all transformation initiatives, specifically in the development of tailored change management / communications strategies and implementation plans. In execution, this role will act as a change consultant, enabling / coaching business owners and leaders as they execute change plans within their businesses.
This role is a hybrid role and will be based out of Las Vegas. The successful candidate will be required to travel to the Las Vegas a couple of times per month and more regularly during critical stages in major change projects. They will be a high performing team member, produce high quality change analysis, strategies and plans as well as be active in shaping the direction and improvement of Transformation Office performance over time.

What You'll Do

· Accountable for the leadership, design and management of change strategy & plans to ensure people impacts of each transformation initiative are considered and well managed by the Transformation Team orchestrating the program and Business Leaders leading the change.

· Work with Program Managers and Business Leaders to ensure change communication activities are completed and tracked as a part of end-to-end program planning

· Identify and manage key stakeholders to ensure change initiatives are implemented in accordance with program/project plans

· Drive changes in behaviour through leader led change

· Ensure change management rigour across all Transformation Office initiatives

· Coordinate overall change program across multiple initiatives / workstreams

· Identify, analyses and prepare change risk mitigation tactics

· Training and knowledge management planning

What We're Looking For

· Relevant degree qualifications desired

· Change management qualifications (preferably PCI / ADKAR)

· 3+ years consulting experience in change / transformation management preferred

· Technology implementation in global setting

· Extensive experience in developing, implementing and evaluating large scale strategic change initiatives

· Change communications experience with the ability to develop communication materials, presentations and other change collateral

· Experience in developing, planning and delivering training sessions

· Sound experience in workshop facilitation and presentation

· Project management experience

· Strong skills in coaching senior leadership

· Strong written & verbal communication skills

· Ability to work cross-functionally and across geographies

· Strong team building and leadership skills

· Strong influencing / negotiating / internal networking skills
