Aristocrat Technologies is seeking a Vice President of P&C Service Operations for a full-time role leading the development of a global operations team charged with the delivery of day-to-day P&C operational services in areas related to the employee life cycle, including onboarding, employee relations and development, benefits administration, and employee separation to managers and employees. He/she/they will be accountable for developing and executing the strategy that enables the growth and optimization of a digital self-service platform that drives a best-in-class employee experience, establishing SLAs to govern operational performance and track service delivery metrics including quality assurance, process efficiency and effectiveness, and liaising with other leaders to implement global process standards and best practices across regions on an ongoing basis, identifying opportunities to enhance and improve the service proposition and working with management and other teams to implement appropriate changes.What You'll Do
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for communication and connectivity with other committees
- Lead the Global P&C Operations function including future enhancement to ESS & MSS, define the service delivery model and service tasks, identify, review policies and process for consistency where practicable, implement and maintain a case management and knowledge-based solution to enable the success of the function
- Lead the P&C systems function including setting 3-5 year strategy and annual roadmap schedule of work, managing the global Workday system including system updates and releases, projects to enhance functionality and manage all other related and integrated P&C systems and platforms
- Work with the business and CoE’s to develop system functionality and solutions to respond to emerging P&C needs. Ensure P&C initiatives and projects are aligned with Business P&C and CoE – on a roadmap with clear ownership and governance
- Promote and lead change
- Provide strong leadership to the assigned operational teams
- Manage the delivery of outputs to ensure they consistently meet or exceed agreed upon outcomes
- Liaise with function / business stakeholders to manage operational governance on an ongoing basis, manage customer relationships and resolve business issues
- Track, monitor and manage operational performance metrics
- Monitor Workday system and related systems to ensure data security, data integrity and manage and address any risks inherent in system management
- Monitor and report function level results (metrics) to committee
What We're Looking For
Required Skills and Experience:
- Tertiary of other relevant qualifications
- 10+ years of experience at a senior level managing human resources administration, project management, or program development or service support experience in a corporate HR setting
- Demonstrable success communicating, consulting, influencing, and building relationships with internal and external partners at all levels with an exceptional executive presence
- Extensive experience in the Human Resources operations and Employee Life Cycle activities
- Workday or other large scale HCM solution experience is essential
- Possessing highly developed analytical skills with the ability to plan, implement, measure, and scale the best balance between candidate, customers, and process
- Demonstrable prior success in managing a global HR shared services center
