We are seeking a Vice President Online Game Security to build and lead a Game Security team for our online gaming platform. The VP will serve as the head point of contact and subject matter expert for online game security throughout our online gaming group. The successful candidate will be a proven leader in the online game security space and play a pivotal role in shaping the people and technology that protect our games as we transform and advance the design, develop, and build some of your very favorite digital casino games found in casinos and on mobile devices throughout the world.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Build a comprehensive online game security program including policies, procedures, and technologies
- Lead, motivate, and professionally develop a team of engineers building game security technologies and tools
- Assist with the overall information technology strategic planning, providing future vision of game security technology and systems
- Build a 24x7 security operations team to identify and respond to game security issues
- Create AI/ML capabilities to detect play pattern anomalies
- Enhance the information security management framework to continually improve online game security posture
- Identifies and manages existing and emerging risks
- Ensures risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled

What We're Looking For
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of related experience in Information Security, Cybersecurity and/or Information Technology with a security focus to include accountability for complex tasks and/or projects
- 6+ years of related experience in one of the following domains: Security and Risk Management, Asset Security, Security Architecture and Engineering, Communications and Network Security, Identity and Access Management, Security Assessment and Testing, Security Operations, Software Development Security
- Expert level of business acumen in the areas of business operations, risk management, industry practices and emerging trends
- Experience performing security reviews to identify gaps, resulting in recommendations for inclusion in risk mitigation strategies
- Knowledge in specialized areas of the team, including game hacking, reverse engineering, compilers, obfuscation, assembly programming, operating system internals
- Experience building and deploying software at a global scale
