Team
Our Strategy & Operations team is a small and top-performing team. We work on high priority projects across the organization, such as identifying new business opportunities, leading teams, and fixing operational and performance issues. In this team, you will lead complex initiatives to ensure we achieve our goals. All team members enjoy great autonomy in identifying problems, carrying out analysis, designing solutions and implementing them, whilst collaborating with teams across Voodoo organization.
Role
We are looking for an internal Gaming VC Lead to join us.
- Working closely with the business lines as well as the CEO and Head of M&A, you will actively contribute to our growth strategy by sourcing potential investment or acquisition opportunities and delivering successful transaction outcomes.
- Your role and responsibilities will include: invest over $10m annually into mobile gaming targetsBuild & maintain strong deal flow of target studiosLead process from sourcing, Investment Committees to closing and perf. monitoring Work with Finance/Legal and M&A team to make deals happen
Profile
- >3 years’ experience in bulge bracket IBD TMT team, or corporate development entity within a growth/tech firm, or top tier strategy consulting firm
- Strong appetite for the gaming market, and understanding of our segment
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Native or fully fluent English speaker
