Osmo from BYJU's has established its presence as a leading innovator in the educational toys segment and now we are seeking an inspired, mission-driven, creative thinker to get us to the next level and impact as many young minds as we possibly can.
This leader will take Osmo into their hands and drive the creative vision, tone, positioning, and overall voice strategy across a wide range of sales channels including Amazon, Walmart, Target, BestBuy, Meijers, Fred Meyer, and all over the world including the US, Canada, UK, Germany, France, Australia, S Korea, Taiwan, Singapore, Japan, Indonesia, Hong Kong and Japan.
We are also making our presence felt in classrooms, libraries, and living rooms across the globe, enabling parents who believe in the future of learning and empowering young minds to create meaningful learning experiences through technology and work very closely with BYJU's in utilizing its brains, core tech, distribution, and marketing capabilities.
Your vision will build breakthrough awareness, and consideration and generate +$100 million in revenue. Your canvas will be everything from TV, OOH, retail, digital, social and anything unique you can think of in between.
Role
- Ownership of how the brand presents itself to our world, creative vision, strategic positioning
- Manage the creative and production budgets to maximize breakthrough, recall, and impact
- Guide and brief top tier creative agency teams across all Osmo product lines and brand efforts
- Work with key marketing functions for Osmo, including performance, creative, research, brand, channel, retention, social, viral, and influencer marketing.
- Work with teams to envision how creative and media can equal 3
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other leaders at Osmo and sister companies across engineering, product, operations, sales, and more.
What we're looking for
- Strong track record of building brand houses, visionary creative thinking and execution
- Brand builder who has changed consumer behavior
- Passion for understanding the target consumer and ability to use qualitative and quantitative research to form a strategy.
- Creative thinker and problem solver – enjoys generating innovative ideas and solutions, devising new and exciting ways to engage audiences at scale
- Has done 0-1 marketing at some point in their career.
- Strong grasp of KPIs, advertising best practices, and measurement.
- Ability to think full funnel, understand user journey and the emotions to trigger at each point. From broad-reach advertising to highly targeted, direct marketing across all relevant marketing channels and platforms.
- Ability to grow, train, and scale a high-performing globally located team of 30+ to support an exciting and fast-growing brand.
- Ability to thrive in a high-growth and sometimes uncertain environment while collaborating with multiple companies under an umbrella brand.
- Has ability to strategize globally and execute locally, understanding culture in North America, Europe, Asia, and more.
- Mission driven, passionate about ed tech and changing the world through learning.
- 15+ years of experience in marketing or similar function.
- Strong leadership ability to motivate, grow and scale the team.

- Experience in technology or CPG is a plus
- Must love to work in a high-growth and sometimes uncertain environment while collaborating with multiple companies under an umbrella brand
- Toy and or education industry experience is a plus but not required
