Sony Interactive Entertainment LLC seeks a VP, Human Resources in San Mateo, CA to oversee multiple major HR functions including Compensation and Benefits, HR Information Systems, Global Mobility, talent branding and employee engagement for the Americas, Europe and Japan for a global high tech company. Requires a Bachelor's degree in any field, or equivalent and eight (8) years of progressively responsible experience administering the development of organizational business and strategies for growth for an international electronic business company. Prior experience must include eight (8) years of progressively responsible experience managing large scale organizational design and restructuring; meeting with business leaders to review and discuss business and organizational strategies; managing, developing, implementing and advising on change management, performance management, global compensation, bonus structures, HR programs and policies, business relationships and vendor negotiations; implementing and advising on employee training and development, terminations, HR legal issues, succession planning, and expat compensation structures, including benefits; and implementing global mobility programs.
