VIP Community Manager- temporary position

Description
Playtika is looking for a VIP Community Manager to join our Monetization team. The VIP Manager is responsible for interacting and engaging with our VIP players on social media and on a 1on1 basis in order to increase player engagement and the brand’s strength. She\He will work closely with the Monetization and CS teams .
We are looking for a native English speaking individual with a creative yet business oriented mindset.
The position is located in Herzliya
- This is a temporary position to be exchanged for maternity leave - with an option for extension

Requirements
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in customer Success/Sales/VIP management - Must
- Native or Mother tongue level in English - Must
- Proven analytical competencies and data-oriented - Must
- Technical background (SQL, courses, relevant degree, or technological unit) - Nice to Have
- Focus on consumer behavior in digital entertainment/games - advantage
- Experience in building social content – Advantage
- Experience performing in-front of a camera (acting, narrating, hosting) - Nice to have
- Video editing – Nice to have
