We're looking for an experienced and talented Account Manager for the Portuguese market
Responsibilities
- Manage on a daily basis close relationship with our players
- The Account Manager will support our players, engage with them
- Keep track and monitor on the players activity on a daily basis
- Work with all aspects of the game and studio: fully understand economy, product, monetization, features, machines, etc
- Build and deliver ongoing content, promotions and activities – where the KPI is to bring players to their next level
- Work collaboratively with cross functional teams to drive players activity growth
Requirements
- Portuguese as a mother tongue
- Excellent English - must
- Previous experience within an account management role or similar
- Strong communication skills; ability to connect and reconnect our players, build a relationship with a dedicated group of players
- Customer Focused
- Proactively initiate activities to generate value to our players and enlarge their engagement to our games
- Target / KPI’s Driven
- Positive attitude and are excited to learn more
- Deep understanding / interest in games / online marketing field - an advantage
