User Researcher Project Manager [Ubisoft Connect]

Job Description
Ubisoft Connect is the ecosystem of services for Ubisoft games across all platforms. It aims at giving the best environment for all players to enjoy their games and connect to each other on any device.
We are looking for a User Researcher Project Manager (URPM) to join our team and oversee the design and execution of research studies on the Ubisoft Connect platform and related projects. As a URPM you'll be collaborating with an international group of researchers, designers, business and marketing partners to study users of the Ubisoft ecosystem and distribution platform. You'll help design and coordinate a wide range of tests, both locally and in collaboration with other Ubisoft departments worldwide.

Responsibilities
- Regularly holding meetings and presentations to a wide variety of stakeholders.
- Contributing to defining UR team’s data framework, supporting the definition of standards and processes in practice inside the Connect teams.
- Collaborating with other Game Intelligence Department team members and UR partners to establish practices that support cell managers in building unified and high-quality insights.
- Promoting multidisciplinary collaboration and knowledge sharing both with project stakeholders and within the GI cell and UR team, through meetings, one-on-ones, workshops.
- Ensuring the organization of UR documentation of all processes and reports
Qualifications

You are communicative, have the ability to multitask and prioritize when needed. You have an innovative approach and are willing to help on every part of the project where your knowledge and skills are beneficial. You have a solid work ethic regarding the quality of your work and the well-being of your team members.
- Proven work experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods and tools.
- Degree in HCI, Psychology, Market Research, Marketing, or equivalent work experience.
- Knowledge in coordination and project management
Is a plus if you have:
- Passion or experience within the gaming industry.
