User Research Manager

In order to create more world-class digital toys, we're looking for a User Research Manager to join our team in Stockholm.

Role description:

The user research manager plays a key role in all aspects of testing and evaluating our digital toys. As a studio, we work iteratively and conduct regular user tests as part of our development process. You will collaborate with play designers, producers and other colleagues in designing, planning and conducting user tests. You will need to have a good understanding of and be comfortable in interview and test settings with children and families. Analyzing and sharing results and learnings of user tests is an equally crucial part of this role. We are looking for an inquisitive and curious person who is informed on what’s current in children’s culture, and shares their knowledge with colleagues.

We believe that you are:

• Experienced in conducting user research on interactive digital products
• Great with kids 5-10 years old, and comfortable guiding them through play test scenarios
• Experienced with documenting interviews and play testing
• Capable of editing video material to make it structured and accessible
• Eager about sharing the results of your research with your colleagues
• Proactive in terms of test planning and logistics
• Fluent in Swedish and English

It would also be great if you have:

• Experience designing and producing digital products, preferably for a kids audience
• Up to date knowledge (backed by research) in the child development field
• Knowledge about play and its role in children's everyday life and development
• Interaction design experience

This position is full time and based in our Stockholm office. We apply 6 months probationary employment.
