User Relations Support Specialist

Storm8 is seeking a talented individual who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and interested in working within the mobile gaming industry. In this role, you’ll provide customer support and work alongside our game teams to identify and solve technical issues for our vibrant gaming community. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal teams to learn our games inside and out and pass on accurate information to players.
- Resolve support requests on a day-to-day basis in a timely and professional manner. Our support platform is email only. We do not offer phone or chat support.
- Troubleshoot and report technical issues to the team to be triaged.
- Balance speed and quality, with a focus on tangible results.
- Learn new tools and technology as it develops to meet dynamic customer needs.
- Collect and prepare player feedback with the User Relations team with the shared goal to continuously improve player experience.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a customer service, moderator, or support role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of mobile devices (iOS, Android) and basic troubleshooting.
- Experience playing video games on mobile, console, or other platforms.
- Familiar with Macs and Google Services (Gmail, Calendar, Drive).
- Flexible and focused on solutions.
- Organized and self-sufficient.
