User Acquisition Manager

As User Acquisition Manager you will be responsible for a range of activities focusing on campaign management to ensure optimal marketing performance. This is a vital role that will ensure our growth ambitions are achieved.
As a person, you are highly analytical with solid business judgement and the ability to independently manage several tasks while working in a highly collaborative environment. You enjoy working with a diverse team of dedicated individuals.
What you'll be doing
- Plan, launch, optimize and analyze UA campaigns
- Optimize creatives, targeting, bids & budgets to drive campaign goals and highest ROI
- Collaborate with artists, programmers and marketeers to drive improvements across frameworks and workflows
- Provide feedback on creative, help drive ideation, and own testing
- Leverage analytical skills to identify trends and patterns throughout the user funnel to grow performance
- Develop new and innovative performance marketing strategies that drive growth and expansion of new and existing titles.
What we're looking for
- Minimum of 1 year experience and/or relevant education in performance marketing, business, economics or finance preferred.
- Analytical mindset, highly organized with an eye for detail
- Advanced Excel skills and/or SQL
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic, with ability to take initiative on loosely-defined projects
Great if you also have
- Knowledge on Mobile Game Marketing Experience with Facebook, Google Ads or other digital marketing networks
- Passion for mobile games
