User Acquisition Manager

Job Summary
- Collaborate in the creation of the marketing strategy of a Square Enix Mobile game with the Product Team (how much to invest, where to invest, who to target, what creative to use and what channels to use)
- Collaborate in the planning for the marketing roadmap of the games (including programmatic, TV, Youtube, ASO and any other marketing experiments).
- Manage and track game campaigns in order to guarantee their optimization and profitability.
- Manage negotiation with partners to achieve Volume Quality and ROI goals.
- Buy media through Facebook, Google, DSP or other providers.
- Work together with the Game Data Analyst and Product Manager to optimize campaigns (what is working and what is not).
- Communicate and get approval for your marketing strategy from the Product teams.
Key Deliverables
- Creation of the marketing strategy (in collaboration with the rest of the Product team).
- Planning for the marketing roadmap of the games (in collaboration with the rest of the Product team).
- Develop creative and innovative solutions for user acquisition.
- Optimization and profitability guarantee of the marketing game campaigns.

Requirements
Knowledge and Experience
Essential
- 3 years of experience managing, growing and optimizing mobile acquisition campaigns through Facebook, Google, Ad networks, DSP or any other media platform.
- Familiar with User Acquisition KPIs (LTV, CTR, CVR, CPI, ROAS, retention,...)
- Ability to compile and analyse performance data and metrics.
- Experience buying, negotiating and analysing media.
- Strong understanding of how to take most of the providers algorithms.
- Clear understanding of fraud benchmarks.
- Experience using PMDs / FMPs, and attribution platforms.
Desirable
- Experience of data-driven decision making in a very fast-paced environment.
- Expertise in setting marketing strategies.
- Solid Product Marketing experience in the mobile gaming industry.
