User Acquisition Manager

What you’ll be doing:
- Manage, arrange, and implement paid media campaigns to drive new user acquisition for critically acclaimed games and new IPs in development.
- Monitor and report on KPIs while setting targets to drive continuous improvement of multi-platform UA strategy.
- Obtain the highest ROI possible while meeting the budget and KPI goals.
- Apply a deep understanding of mobile user acquisition services (including attribution, mediation, DSPs, ad networks and exchanges, data aggregation, and analytics platforms) to develop a strategy built around top performing partners.
- Take ownership of key strategic relationships with external acquisition partners while leading business development efforts for new acquisition channels.
- Work with upper management and Marking on UA budgets and allocations.
- Execute creative problem solving strategy, as well as analytical precision to verify or invalidate assumptions and develop actionable insights.
- Develop App Store Optimization (ASO) strategies and keywords to drive app discovery in iTunes and Google Play Store.
- Work with the Marketing Manager to create bold and attractive advertisements in static and video formats, while staying in line with each game’s brand and marketing plan.
- Optimize creative advertising through effective A/B testing tactics.
- Design and optimize landing page and web acquisition funnel, user segmentation, and SEO for PC user acquisition and to support building product awareness.
- Stay current on latest user acquisition trends and emerging platforms.
Qualifications / desired experience:
- 2-3 years of experience working in digital marketing and mobile user acquisition.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Economics, Mathematics, Marketing, or Finance.
- Strong writing and presentation skills; has attention to detail.
- High understanding of digital marketing metrics in relation to Conversion Rate, ROAS, CPA, and CTR with mathematical mindset.
- Ability to understand high-level KPIs and the underlying metrics that drive them.
- Mastery of Excel – able to use advanced features (i.e. pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience working with back-end analytics systems is a plus.
