Epic is looking for a performance-driven marketer with a passion for innovative technology and competitive games to join our growing publishing team. We need someone who is a builder and a problem-solver who is able to tackle new challenges by creating solutions that have never been done in the UA industry before. In this role, you will work with marketing, creative, analytics, and product teams to drive growth and improved engagement through paid and unpaid channels.

Responsibilities:

  • UA strategy and campaign implementation across PC, mobile, and console games
  • Building privacy-safe measurement and attribution
  • Working with engineers and analysts to build in house systems for reporting and programmatic optimization
  • Funnel optimization
  • Spearheading new ways of problem-solving for growth and retention utilizing quantitative and creative methods
  • Building in-house, multi-variate testing for ads
  • Working with the game and marketing teams to build out marketing plans and campaigns for key initiatives
  • Ad partner management--including a hands-on approach, working with partners to test new things and push what is possible

Qualifications:

  • Senior-level experience in digital media, preferably within the games industry across PC, mobile, and console verticals with an excess of 5 years of directly relevant experience
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate performance to a diverse internal audience of executives, creatives, and engineers; with clarity and data accuracy
  • Full understanding of UA attribution: how it works, attribution logic/models, all types of fraud, and data privacy
  • Have designed and built a programmatic solution that made a significant impact on company KPIs
  • Have pioneered new products and optimization methods with Ad Partners
  • Extensive practical experience running self-service and managed UA including search, social, SDK, programmatic, DSP, influencer; non-digital a bonus
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills
  • Experience designing, running and reporting creative tests
  • Experience doing UA worldwide, knowing the channel, creative, and bidding nuances of each major region
  • Expert in Excel, Tableau; SQL and query skills a bonus
  • Experience building teams and working independently
