User Acquisition Manager

Carry1st is the leading publisher of social games and interactive content in Africa. We work with studios across the globe - from Addis Ababa to Sofia to New York City - to level up their games and scale them in dynamic, new markets. To serve our customers in Africa, we’ve built out a proprietary payments and ecommerce experience which gives our users the ability to pay for digital content, even when they don’t have a credit card.
We are looking for a User Acquisition Manager to market and monetize our games. This is a multidisciplinary role that gives you the opportunity to stretch your analytical skills, manage important relationships with external partners, strategize with product owners, and flex your creativity working with our artists on new campaign ideas.
What you will do every day?
- Manage UA for 2-4 live games
- Analyze performance of and optimize UA campaigns (CPI, ROAS, LTV)
- Manage and maintain relationships with ad networks and external partners
- Analyze performance of and optimize ad monetization (ARPU, Active Users)
- Managing, analyzing and optimizing cross-promotion
- Collaborate with creative team on marketing assets based on performance / market learnings
Requirements
What makes you a great candidate?
- 3+ years working in a performance marketing role, ideally in mobile gaming
- Experience working with Facebook and Google UAC and other ad platforms
- Experience with and/or knowledge of ad mediation tools
- Proven analytical capabilities and excitement about data-driven growth
- Ability to define, measure and conclude A/B tests, generate and read data in different views
- Passion for mobile games / mobile entertainment
- Nice to have: SQL knowledge
