As a worldwide industry leader within the social slots gaming sector, Product Madness has an exciting opportunity for a User Acquisition Manager to join our ever-expanding UA function and be part of an incredibly talented team!
You will be working alongside the best and brightest talent in the industry and have the opportunity to make a tangible impact on the business working on one of our top-grossing games. You will have full autonomy to set the UA strategy within your channel, whilst working alongside a dynamic, supportive and inclusive team who will value your creative marketing and analytical skills.What You'll Do
Skills and Requirements
- Helping players discover our games
- Design, create, manage and optimise UA campaigns for our mobile games
- Deep-dive into the details of ongoing performance analysis, creative & targeting A/B tests with its accounts housekeeping
- Collaboratively work with various teams within the broader organisation
- Conduct competitive and macro-level research by staying informed on industry changes that impact the overall success of our media buying
- Identify, develop and analyse key performance indicators
- Run on-going A/B testing on different activity parameters
- Provide creative copy suggestions and advert ideas
What We're Looking For
About You
- Experience in Mobile User Acquisition is a must (Gaming is an advantage)
- Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Vlookup, Calculated Formulas) - Must
- Highly analytical, self-motivated and a team player
- Autonomous worker with excellent time management skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Data-Driven mindset and Creative thinking, with an ability to read & understand data.
