User Acquisition Manager

505 Games is looking for an User Acquisition Manager to oversee, manage and grow its day-to-day marketing efforts for its free-to-play portfolio of titles on mobile, console and PC. The ideal person is analytical, responsible, detail-oriented and team-oriented, with the ability to juggle concurrent projects relating to the management of multi-tiered advertising campaigns. The UA manager will manage relationships with various media network partners and be able to lead and oversee multiple projects while collaborating closely with internal teams.
Responsibilities:
- Drive and define acquisition and engagement strategy for assigned titles
- Oversee all mobile campaigns across multiple ad networks and platforms (e.g. iOS, Google Play, Amazon, Facebook); implement daily and weekly changes to active ad campaigns
- Develop test plans and measure performance, identifying the highest impact testing opportunities and making recommendations based on testing
- Monitor, optimize and report performance of all campaigns, ad sets / ad groups, and ads data across active ad networks on an ongoing basis
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external ad network partners
- Provide regular reporting of campaign results
- Define spend, measurement and decision-making methodology
- Develop new insights, data exploration, and process improvements for internal user acquisition management, data analysis, and reporting
- Ability to juggle projects across multiple networks, platforms, and additional projects, as assigned
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in mobile or web user acquisition media buying, performance marketing, or user acquisition
- A desire to do strategic planning and daily execution/optimization
- BA/BS degree
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability and desire to work independently or with a small team
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
