User Acquisition Manager (Mobile Games)

PerBlue is looking for a passionate User Acquisition Manager to join our team of video game professionals. We’re a growing independent studio whose free-to-play midcore mobile games are being played by millions of people around the world, including the award-winning Disney Heroes: Battle Mode .

Our team brings experience from major studios across the videogame industry. Headquartered in Madison, Wisconsin, we also work remotely around the United States and Canada for an unmatched quality of life and work.

You’ll help bring fans into amazing experiences in our games! As one of our paid media specialists, you’ll not only manage paid media campaigns but also collaborate with internal and external teams on projects focused around growing our games and communities. You’ll use your creative problem solving and strategic thinking to design new ways to attract players to our games, websites, and more.

Principal responsibilities

As a paid media expert, you’ll expand on your experience to work across our marketing, product, and community teams, executing on marketing campaigns, inviting players into our games and communities. This will include creating paid media campaigns, producing results through influencers, and driving CRM-focused initiatives.

Your experience

• Three (3) years of professional experience delivering successful Facebook Ads and paid search campaigns for mobile and other screens
• Working across teams to understand goals, communicate tasks, and track progress throughout a project
• Tracking, communicating, and improving upon previous performance
• Working with external vendors and agencies to expand our capabilities when needed
