SciPlay is a leading developer and publisher of digital games on mobile and web platforms, providing highly entertaining free-to-play games that millions of people play every day. We’re looking for a highly skilled & experienced Senior User Acquisition manager that will be responsible for bringing in high-quality users to our free to play games through various acquisition channels
The User Acquisition manager within SciPlay’s Growth division will manage and optimize large scale acquisition budgets while working with key ad platform partners such as Facebook, Native & Programmatic media buying channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead paid acquisition efforts across all platforms to achieve volume, quality and ROI goals
- Analyze performance of marketing campaigns working with large volumes of data to optimize according to the company, team and personal KPIs
- Develop innovative solutions
- Collaborate with product, CRM and retargeting teams to drive events focused on acquisition and engagement
- Monitor user behavior and LTV and provide regular reporting on results
- Identify new partners, platforms and optimization opportunities to drive campaign performance
- Daily, weekly, and quarterly budget forecasting and reporting of results.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key acquisition partners
Requirements
- At least 1.5 year of experience in user acquisition on Facebook (free to play mobile gaming preferred)
- Deep understanding of online and advertising space, including tracking tools, technical integrations, and best practices.
- Display, Facebook advertising experience a must
- BA or BS in math, engineering, economics or other quantitative field
- Experience working with cross functional teams such as Analytics and Art
- Exceptional analytic skills and experience working in a metrics driven environment
- A genuine interest in social, gaming, analytics, and advertising a must.
