What You’ll Do:
The User Acquisition Lead will report directly to the Director of UA as part of the wider User Acquisition team. You will lead a small but mighty team of fabulous UA Managers across our range of fabulous games to oversee the design, creation, management and optimisation of UA campaigns.
You will:
- Lead and oversee a team of UA managers across a wide range of networks (Social, Google, DSPs, SDK network and more)
- Analyze the UA activity to achieve scale, ROAS and growth opportunities
- Build and fully execute our UA strategy, from high-level planning through to implementation, optimisation and reporting
- Be comfortable presenting pitches, proposals and results to senior executives and large team
- Drive new initiatives: Connect & initiate relationships with new partners and technology providers
- Work with the Data Analytics team to improve on the reporting and optimisation efforts and scale in a smart and cost-effective way
- Work with our external partners (Facebook, mobile ad networks, agencies, etc.) to implement efficient work processes
- Engage in cross-functional work with the CRM team to consolidate efforts on retention and reactivation to achieve common goals
- Draw relevant insights to feed back to the Product teams and help improve retention and monetisation metrics
About You:
You'll be an experienced UA professional with a passion for leadership and continuous improvement. You’ll be energetic, enthusiastic, well-organised and collaborative in your approach. You’ll have excellent attention to detail, a thorough knowledge of your field and experience partnering with different disciplines. You’ll have:
- A passion for leading a team in the world of mobile gaming
- Excellent level of written and spoken English
- 3+ years of hands-on UA/ performance marketing experience
- 2+ years in a management role
- A data-driven approach and superior analytical skills
- A passionate, data-savvy approach to Analytics and the ability to read & understand the data in order to draw relevant and meaningful insights
- Work experience with data visualization tools - Tableau is an advantage
- An ability to visualize data and create digestible reports for management
