User Acquisition Associate Director

About the Role
We are looking for a User Acquisition Associate Director to join our London Office. In this role you will lead and manage large scale UA activities covering several products within multiple marketing sources and channels. You will work closely with the Product and Operations teams, as well as other key stakeholders in the Business, in order to drive and grow our games’ acquisition strategy.
In this role, you will plan and execute marketing strategies and utilise your vast experience to identify the best actions to drive high-quality users and revenue for our games.
About the Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Optimizing marketing spend in the millions and impressions in the hundreds of millions.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with our 3rd party partners including ad-networks (such as Facebook and Google), tools and various other marketing partners, e.g. Affiliate and Media partners.
- Deep diving into the marketing data in order to make informed decisions about campaigns and monetization strategies to continuously improve and grow, including identifying trends, opportunities, discrepancies.
- Hands-on campaign management on various networks and channels, including campaign optimization.
- Regularly research and test new traffic sources to meet the marketing targets.
- Developing our marketing technology with a focus on analytics and automation.
- Effectively communicate campaign performance with the team and the management team on a regular basis.
Requirements
- Sound experience in performance marketing – running UA and retargeting campaigns with ROAS (return on ad spend) and active user base growth targets.
- Media buying, Network and Affiliate relationship management experience and with budgets of over $1M/month.
- Highly analytical and metric driven with the ability to manipulate and analyse large quantities of data and present in reports.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, fast paced environment.
- Sound knowledge of MS-Office Products (Excel in particular).
- Fluent English - verbal and written
- Real money or skills based gaming preferred but not required
- Experience with Tableau, Looker or other BI systems
