User Acquisition Analyst
Miniclip is looking for a User Acquisition (UA) Analyst to join our London (UK) Studio.
This is an exciting role working with a leading digital games and entertainment company. You will be part of the Business Intelligence team and work closely with our Performance Marketing team.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Data Analytics Manager in the Marketing Analytics department, you’ll be responsible for making sure the titles you’re working on have all the reporting & analysis required, in order for our User Acquisition team to perform their duties.
This role will focus mostly on experiments we’re doing at Miniclip, which may involve external partners & internal studios, but you will be interacting with a wide range of stakeholders with different levels of expertise on a regular basis.
Duties include:
- Build & oversee reports, presentations & dashboards to provide meaningful insights
- Mentor other team members when required
- Be close to the data & systems to be able to find solutions to any issue rising
- Work closely with all the stakeholders (User Acquisition, Product, Publishing, etc.) in order to understand their needs
- Clarify stakeholder demands, understanding the “What” and “Why”
- Making sure the data is at the right quality at every stage of the game development and after launch
- Drive forward UA data projects, ensuring your team can constantly adapt to this highly changing environment
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- 3-5 years of experience in the digital space as an Analyst*
- Previous management experience
- SQL & R or Python experience
- Ability to translate data into meaningful insights for stakeholders
- Confident and proficient in presenting findings to a wide audience with various levels of expertise
- A strong business mindset
- A keen interest in marketing analytics or User Acquisition
- Proactive, with a drive and commitment to own and deliver outstanding work
- Able to work to clear deadlines, delivering high quality work
- Comfortable taking the lead on data projects
- Organised, empathic & affable
