At Playtika – a user acquisition manager is responsible for end-to-end high scale online marketing campaign management for Playtika’s games.
We will share our marketing knowledge and the essential skills needed to become a user acquisition master.
Our program will provide the training and tools from day one, every week exploring key marketing principles including campaign management, optimization, metrics and KPIs, platforms and ad networks.
In this role you will:
- Manage a high scale marketing budget for one of Playtika’s games on different media channels and social platforms.
- Constantly research the managed product (user characteristics, features, competitive landscape, game flow etc.)
- Build and establish the campaigns portfolio based on the relevant data analysis.
- Monitor and analyze the data on a daily basis and optimize the activity according to the KPI’s
- Challenge and leverage the marketing activity by finding new opportunities such as: testing new traffic sources, new markets and new methodologies etc.
- Manage and maintain a professional relationship with internal and external interfaces in regards to the activity

- Familiar with Excel - Must
- Fluent in English - Must
- Data-driven with great attention to detail
- Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for online advertising/marketing performance and user acquisition
- BA in Industrial Engineering/Economics/Business Management/Marketing
- Previous experience (up to 1 year) - an advantage
- Familiarity with mobile tracking systems and BI tools – an advantage
